Calender - I

  • Online beta gauge for measuring thickness

Calender - II

  • Five roll calender with cross-axes and roll bending facilities, installed in 2008
  • PLC controlled Auto-dosing system eliminates human intervention and guarantees consistency
  • Automatic feeding enables uniform temperature of PVC compound for better homogeneity
  • Individually driven rolls facilitate uniformity of film
  • Stretch rolls connected with conditioned rolls enable stretching with minimum shrinkage
  • Controlled heating and cooling facility provides for better quality
